Dragon Ass Ball is arguably the coolest underground burner party of the year. Originally conceived by “Dragon Ass” camp, DAB is an annual freakfest including DJs, dancers, Burning Man art/mutant vehicles, Shibari (Japanese rope bondage) exhibitons, an open bar, and day-glo everything. The party literally rocks all night long (until 6am) and is in support of a very special new Burning Man project titled Circle of Friends.

For Burning Man 2019, Circle of Friends Camp (previously known as Dragon Ass Camp) is doing a large scale art installation with six 20-foot sculptures around a central fire pit with lighting and fire effects. This of course is a very expensive endeavor to pull off and although we have a loose commitment from Burning Man on an honorarium for 2019 – we will still need to raise a bunch of funds to succeed.
